Worker’s Compensation. Flat Rate/8hr on site. No mileage, or hidden fees.
Video and typed reports with photos provided.
Divorce/Child Custody
Video surveillance of subject provided. Witnesses located and interviewed. Video and typed reports with photos provided. Expenses will be added. Retainer required to start.
Criminal Defense
Interview of victims, witnesses, law enforcement personnel, and suspects. Crime scene analysis, photographs, and reconstruction. Witnesses located and contacted. Expenses will be added. Retainer required to start.
Asset Location
Public records search for proof of assets and liabilities. Financial audits, personnel interviews, and due diligence in an effort to locate assets. Search expenses are extra. Retainer required to start.
Background Checks
Criminal history, civil proceedings, previous address, property searches, etc.. as provided on a national database. Local courthouse records searches are also provided.
Wrongful Death
Interview of witnesses, accident scene photographed, law enforcement personnel interviewed, reports retrieved, attorney coordination, and courtroom testimony provided.
Insurance Liability
Subrogation. Interview of accident victims and witnesses, accident scene photographed, law enforcement personnel interviewed, reports retrieved, attorney coordination, and courtroom testimony provided.
Activity Check
Verification of address, four hours surveillance of residence, brief neighborhood canvass. Any activity will initiate surveillance at hourly rate.
Process Service
This retainer will cover up to three attempts to reported address. Skip tracing expenses extra.
Missing Person/Skip Trace
National databases and location resources utilized. Expenses will be added. Retainer required to start.
There is a two hour maximum billable round trip travel time on all in state investigations.
Mileage is included in rates.
Rates are per investigator required.
If a claimant under surveillance is active beyond the hours set above in worker’s compensation cases the hourly rate will be $75/hr.
